The Men’s Fellowship of SGMC engages in a number of activities chief of which are their devotional time and performing at numerous functions which that are invited to sing at. Our theme song “Rise up ye men of God” challenges us to live every day for our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
The delicious breakfast prepared by the men proves they cook as well as they sing.
The Men’s Fellowship meets every Wednesday at 7:30 pm. If you are male, 18 years and over here is an open invitation to join them.

It was a Monday night in October of 1952, when Rev Aldersley and his wife called a meeting to bring all the women of the congregation together. The meeting was addressed by Sis Aldersley, and the call was made for the formation of a Women’s Fellowship. This called was issued not only to women of the congregation but to women of other denomination.
Now 56 years later the Spring Gardens Women’s Fellowship still meet on Monday nights at 7:30 pm in the Tim O’Reilly Auditorium. The Executive body is made up of six (6) persons. Their motto “In loving service may our lives be spent” focuses on serving faithfully in spite of the circumstances, and sharing what they have to benefit others. A special invitation is extended to other sisters in the church and around the community to come help us make a difference.
The Spring Gardens Moravian Usher Group celebrated its 15th Anniversary as an organized body on January 20, 2008 The Group is governed by a Constitution and presently has a membership of twenty-three (23) persons and an Executive made up as follows:-
The Group is presently divided into three (3) sub groups with the following Leaders:-
Group Leader #1 - Sis Irma Edwards
Group Leader #2 - Sis Pearline Jarvis

Each Group serves four (4) months in a year. Service is rendered at Worship Services and, when required, at other functions held in the sanctuary
Ushers live out the words to be found in Psalm 84:10 “I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.”
The Daughters of Lydia of the Spring Gardens Moravian Church started in 1979 by our very own Sis. Cavelle John, whose aim was to raise funds for the support of the church. This Group through hard work, dedication and the help of God allowed them to flourish and caused success to various projects that were embarked upon over the years.
In 2007,after a lull in their existence Sis. John recognized there was a need for the Group to be revived to once again assist the Church financially in new projects. This vibrant Group does not only assist the church financially but also with other Church related activities such as the Fun & Fellowship Sunday, the After School Assistance Program just to name a few.
And it is out of this group that our Annual Food Fair was established.
The Group currently has 18 (eighteen) very enthusiastic members who has always demonstrated their love and commitment to the work of God.
The Group is strengthen by the Theme song:
To the work! to the work! we are servants of God,
Let us follow the path that our Master has trod;
With the balm of His counsel our strength to renew,
Let us do with our might what our hands find to do.
Refrain:
Toiling on, toiling on,
Let us hope, let us watch,
And labour till the Master comes.
